Spanish-American War Veterans Section

This plot in Section 5 commemorates those American military personnel who fought in the Spanish-American War.  This section is surrounded by foot-high concrete walls with cannon ball replicas stacked on top of each corner post. There are approximately 70 tombstones in the plot, which was dedicated on May 30, 1928 by the R.J. Oglesby Circle 46 Ladies of the Grand Army of the Replublic.
